焦げないギリギリの温度で焙煎した焙じ茶。水色は茶色でも苦味、雑味がなく芳ばしくとスッキリとした香りが鼻に抜けるのが特徴の焙じ茶

■急須で淹れるお茶の淹れ方
1,茶碗にお湯を注ぎ、温めながら湯さまし。
2,茶葉4gを急須に入れ100℃のお湯(120ml)を注ぎ、80秒待つ。
3,数回に分けて急須から茶碗へ淹れ、最後の一滴まで絞り切るように淹れる。
※数回に分けることにより茶葉が溜まらず旨味が豊富な最後の一滴まで美味しく淹れることができます。
4,二煎目までは、急須の蓋を開け蒸気を逃す。
5,二煎目は沸騰したお湯を淹れ、10〜15秒待ち、3を繰り返す。
